Linksys E1500

$79.99 Released April, 2011

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Affordable price point. Really slick, attractive aesthetic - much nicer to look at than previous generation routers. Compact design, internal antennas.

The Cons:Not Gigabit - not up to the latest speed standard for LAN connections. No USB connectivity for printers or storage. Not wall-mountable.

The E1500 wireless network router from Linksys allows connection to computers, wireless printers, and other wi-fi devices with transfer rates of up to 300 Mbps. A very similar model to the slightly less expensive E1200, the key difference between the two is the E1500's SpeedBoost upgrade which comes in the form of a higher quality antenna that helps maintain high speeds across greater distances for further optimized mobility.
