Linksys WRVS4400N
$250.00
Released November, 2006
The Pros:Firewall does a great job filtering out unwanted traffic. Design allows it to sit upright or in landscape mode with adjustable antenna. Wall AC adapter is very small, doesn't take up lots of room on the power bar or block the other wall socket.
The Cons:Unreliable performance on networks with several connections, tends to lock up. Needs a firmware update to operate correctly, which means the user has to be tech savvy enough to go out and find it. Menus can be very confusing, help text often not very informative.
