The Pros:Security advisor that warns for dangerous settings. -It's rather easy to set up. Sometimes it works as it is supposed to.

The Cons:It takes very long time for it (a minute) to create ssh or ftp connections (even on the internal net). It slows down considerably the connection when connecting by LAN wire; slow wireless signal as well. DNS resolving/lookup takes forever when using the router; if i don't use it, i get into sites immediately. if i go through the router, i have to wait 15 seconds before the site starts to load, while i wait for "Looking up example.com".

The Siemens Gigaset SE361 WLAN is a 802.11b/g wireless router and access point. It features 4 physical 100 Mbps Ethernet ports, and can support theoretical wireless data rates of up to 54 Mbps. It includes an integrated firewall and support WPA2, WPA, and WEP encryption.

This model is sold in Europe and the UK for around 40€, and not commonly found in North America.

it's very buggy.

It often crashes

it will happily let you connect, via a network cable, but then randomly lose the connection (but still show as being connected). Buggy, flaky, and often incapable of remembering the firmware settings you've selected. Cheap, in both senses of the word.

If it is reset, it will not be possible to connect to it with wirelessly (to connect to it, you either need to connect via cable or factory reset it, and set it up from the beginning.

found the cause to my DNS problem: ipv6. So if you have this router, do not use ipv6, use ipv4. for most people ipv4 is default, so don't worry; ipv6 is only enabled upon specific request.
